Daily Responsibility
Processing quote, customer forecast/orders, book orders to the supplier. Order tracking, expedite, push-out, or canceling P/Os depends on customer requirements. The accounting process includes invoicing, credit and debits. Ability to manage & create accurate spreadsheets with customer forecast/orders, supplier forecast/orders, caring inventory plan. Review, analyze and manage based on the product’s life cycle, customer actual production plan, market information, maintain supply chain if necessary. Ability to manage credit between customer and supplier. That includes Invoicing, RMA, Inventory cost, Inventory write-up/down, or Ship & Debit. Ability to negotiate to secure minimum supply qty when in a line-down situation. Ability to gather customer production information includes inventory, minimum production usage, and their finished goods Ability to manage accurate supply chain process with MRP, ERP, web portal, EDI, and email.
Customer Support
Ability to monitor and accurately control response to customer requirements in timely order fulfillment, expedite, changing, canceling, pushing out existing orders, or all other business requirements. RFQ/ Successful price negotiation. Ability to process RFQ and negotiate cost and resale internally/externally, parts number set up or account set up Understand and can explain gross profitability to negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers when new design biting process and cost reduction process. This includes creating an accurate/organized spreadsheet to show the customer name, parts number, current cost/resale/GP%, proposed future cost down stricture, and cost down% against current pricing. Capability to coordinate customer quality requirements includes shipping method, PPAP, Green requirements, critical/non-critical failure analysis timely.
