DISCRIPTION: The 2,400MW Hassyan clean coal power plant/ station an ultra- supercritical (USC) power plant being developed in Saih Shuaib, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Upon completion, the project is set to be the first coal-based power plant in the region. Its Sub-parts (Construction of sewerage water treatment plant, Control rooms, Construction of buildings for electrical panel’s installations. Constructions of coal handling buildings, constructions of foundations of conveyors, Construction of building of Hydrogen handling cylinders).Construction of the $3.4bn power plant commenced in November 2016. . Hassyan PP will be one of the largest power plants in the world with a production capacity of 9,000MW. The power plant, which is being built on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, is owned by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). also civil construction of high rise building of second tallest Building in the Land of Dubai OGTP 72 stories near to Burj Khalifa Dubai mall where heavy lifting operations and installation of heavy objects to be performed, Emaar Properties has reportedly awarded a $136m (AED500m) contract to Consolidated Contractors Company for the construction of the Opera Grand Tower in Downtown Dubai.

Ensure effective on-site and off-site vehicle speed control, with Safety speed limit signs available and that there are sufficient direction signs indicating access roads/routings for planned transport of manpower and materials to workface locations and storage areas; ensure traffic management plans are agreed and issued; implement a program of Defensive Driver Training' for drivers at risk.
Maintain security to ensure that the general public and third parties are not at risk or exposed to any construction hazard.
The Client property, equipment and materials are safeguarded and not at risk from loss or damage; ensure adequate provision of lighting.
Prepare an end of project report which details accidents, statistics and a brief overview of any HSE arrangements that are a Client requirement.
Ensure that waste management is properly controlled in particular with regard to hazardous waste disposal by the construction Contractors. Ensure compliance with legislation.
Implement the all safety policy and program.
Prepares reviews and maintains company safety manual as per requirements.

Preparation and analysis of Safe Practices at work site. Preparation of Safe Work Procedure. Initiate and institute a schedule of job site inspection, observation thoroughly equipment flow, maintenance, material handling and personals hygiene.
Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, regulatory, precautionary and other).
Conduct routine safety inspection of workplace to ensure all safe operating rules and regulations are complied with.
