• Ensuring airworthiness as defined within 14 CFR/AF 21-101/102/8210/NAVAIR 4790 by researching permanent records, maintenance tracking program, FAA Airworthiness Directives and Manufacturer’s Service Bulletins/Customer Bulletins for scehduled aircraft.

• Complies with internal company policies and procedures outlined within the General Maintenance Manual

(GMM), Maintenance Procedures Manual (MPM) or any company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document..

• Communicates eIectively and accurately with the client, vendors and other internal departments.

Lead Senior Manager, United States Air Force. Phoenix, AZ Oct. 1998 – Oct. 2018

Over 20+ years as a Senior Leader in the Air Force's highest performing flight operation locations with 350+ personnel assigned. Duties included developing Junior Chiefs and ODcers within the unit, establishing and engaging priorities, upholding readiness of assigned personnel and being an active & visible leader wherever necessary. Managed and sustained a rapid 20% operations and manning increase. This mission expansion was fueled by the critical fighter pilot shortage and the need to significantly boost flying in support of pilot training. We met these demands while simultaneously relocating our unit, personnel, aircraft, equipment and multiple support sections to new facilities without pausing, limiting, or even interrupting the intensified flying schedule. Coordinated daily with 20+ agencies to prioritize, forecast, schedule and re- flow training, aircraft utilization, maintenance, equipment and other resources to satisfy mission requirements. Additional duties included: Lead on 3 diIerent installation- level inspection teams to evaluate simulated attack / crisis exercises, then compiled / analyzed and briefed findings in order to sustain base readiness. as an Investigation ODcial for Impounded Aircraft. Reported and briefed incidents, work center metrics and readiness to Air Force Headquarters. Alternate for Flight- line Production Superintendent.
