I am a third-year engineering student at Purdue University with a passion for Engineering, Information Technology, and Mathematics. I am excited to leverage my passion, educational background, strong analytical and technical skills for an internship opportunity in your esteemed organization.
Projects Airfoil Wing Design Project (Purdue SAE), Purdue University, 2020-2021
• Used Solidworks and Catia software to design countless airfoils.
• Compared and contrasted airfoils using the XFLR5 software.
• Compiled lift, drag, and angle of attack ratios using MATLAB.
• Added the few ideal airfoils to XFLR5 to create wing designs.
• Analyzed the data trends in the Lift to
Drag ratio, Lift to angle of attack, and Drag to angle of attack using MATLAB . Calorie Burn Prediction Model development and deployment on AWS, Purdue University, ‘19
• Created a Python model utilizing the IDE, Spyder (Anaconda) to predict the calories burnt based on weight, height and consumption patterns of individuals.
• Created an AWS Account using the free tier.
• Created an S3 Bucket to store all the data elements required for model execution.
• Utilized the SQL interactive tool, HUE, on the EMR to run queries on data in S3.
• Created notebooks using JupyterHub to run Python code to connect to S3 and executed the model. Solar Powered Go-Kart, Purdue University, 2019
• Worked with the learning community team to construct a go kart that derives the primary source of energy from solar panels installed on the roof of the kart.
• Worked independently on the design of custom screws for the project. Optimum Feeding Time Model, Purdue University, 2019
• Researched, analyzed and sorted the feeding habits of different types of snakes at the West Lafayette Zoo.
• Created a Python model using Anaconda IDE after determining the relationships between the different data collected to identify the optimal feeding times for the various categories of snakes. Robot, Vex Robotics, 2018
• Designed, built and tested a robot to pick cones, stack them and place them in the rest zone with ROBOTC.
• Competed with statewide teams.
Wooden Glider
• Designed, built, and tested a custom made wooden glider.
• Compared different NACA airfoils using the XFLR5 system to identify an ideal design Model Rocket
• Built a model rocket using a B6-4 engine and balsa wood
• Launched the rocket and deployed the parachute successfully
• Designed the tail structure using SolidWorks
