HR INTERN

Objectives:

Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

Compiling and updating employee records (Hard & Soft copies)

Coordinating in all activities relating disciplinary processes

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation)

Tracking and taking meeting minutes in management meetings

Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Compile and manage the weekly shift roster for entire production team.

Update internal databases (e.g., record sick, FRL, maternity leave)
