My responsibilities here were to answer phones and make appointments. I would gather the patients information and pull up their chart if they were existing patients if not, I would create a new one. I would pull all charts for the next day's appointment and have all forms ready for guests to fill out once they arrive. If they were going to use insurance I would pull up all their information with their insurance card to see how much coverage they had or if they had a copay. I would also help pull ant files and fax them if they were requested on our portal. Making sure the front was clean and presentable was also one of my tasks. Being a cashier my duties consist of taking any order that comes from the tablets or the ones that have been faxed over, as well as any walk-ins. Also making sure that the drawer is always at the same amount when i start and end my shift. When starting my shift I have to make sure that my section is stocked so that any guest has an amazing experience. Also once being cut makes sure that my side work is done and my checkout is done and checked by a manager.

If i was asked i would also help the servers take the food or drinks to their tables.
