SUMMARY

I have more than 27 years’ experience in Project Design Engineering and Project Management Consultancy

(PMC) (PMT) which includes design of different refining facilities as well as high- and low-pressure Pipeline Systems design and construction. My broad experience includes, review of Contractor’s design documents which comprise of all piping and pipeline design drawings, specifications writing, related calculations, Material selection, technical bid evaluating, and reviewing of vendor data, design related integrity management and operability. I have complete knowledge of all design phases associated with a project as well as a complete working knowledge of relevant design codes, standards, and specifications such as ASME, API, NFPA, and TEMA for pressure vessels, piping, valuing, etc. as well as a working knowledge of NACE MRO175 requirements for use in sour service, namely a H2S present environment. I have been the lead on project teams with as fifteen or more members and projects which range in value from 20 million to 8 billion. My current assignment is Project Engineer for Saudi Aramco in the capacity of Lead Piping Engineer, 3D model Coordinating Manager & Office Safety Coordinator for the ISF Package 7 and Project Engineer & Construction Engineer for the Gas Inlet and treatment Facility Packages 1 & 2 of the Saudi Aramco Fadhili Gas Plant Project.

Duties included coordinating and managing all piping and pipeline engineering layout and design at the different Aramco Plant sites in Saudi Arabia.

Main duties included Engineering Design development & Construction, including assigning manpower and man-hours to projects, Coordinate work design and, Coordinate field survey and checking of all piping layouts and drawings Calculation and Man-hour distribution Locate and coordinate all tie-in and hot-tap points and supervise redesign of those areas.

Check drawings and distribute work to men in the field of Process Piping Design, P&ID diagrams and coordinate all infrastructure Piping and Pipeline engineering and other utility designs to accommodate living conditions.

Supervise Layout of New International Airport Jet Fuel Pipeline and Piping Systems. Duties included making design drawings from engineering sketches and P& ID sheets of isolated areas to be redesigned in several refineries.

Major projects worked – Mobil Oil Refinery Wax Blend Facility upgrade Piping design works and unit add on. Texaco Refinery redesign of oily water sewer system and H2s system walk down, revamp and P&ID update.

Bethlehem Steel Yard (BMT, TX)

Duties included making working piping drawings from engineering data of different systems on Jack-Up Rigs and Drill Ships. Also redesigning piping system to become more functional from engineering diagrams and design data.

26 – Months

Piping Draftsman,

Brown & Root (Houston, TX)

Duties included making working drawings from engineering sketches in the field of marine and petrochemical piping and pipeline. Also worked from flow sheets, spooling, and schematic drawings according to specifications. Served as Filed Inspector for several months. Major project worked – Marathon Oil and BP Alaskan Projects.
