Duration : January 2021 - present.

Project : Designed a Li-ion battery pack and made an E-bike prototype using BLDC hub motor. The main objective is to develop Embedded software for the battery packs to monitor and regulate the charging and discharge of batteries. The battery characteristics to be monitored includes the detection of battery type, over voltage protection, under voltage protection, over current protection, reverse polarity protection temperature, capacity, state of charge,etc.Also designed a BMS circuit with over voltage protection, under voltage protection and reverse polarity protection when charging. I did a Mathametical calculations for the Selection of motor in this the main we have to consider the mass, speed and distance. C rating is the most important while Slection of li ion cells.

1.AGRICULTURAL ROBOT- Innovative Student Project Award-2019

• The processes of seeding, plowing, leveling, spraying, weeded and cutting is often tiring and time-consuming. The aim of the project is to create a user-friendly multi-purpose agricultural robot to reduce the human effort in it.

• Complex tasks are achieved with the help of simple techniques such as Path Correcting, Single Seed Operation, Distance Control System, Battery Control Unit. Patch Correcting is done with the help of a guided path

• Single seed operation is done with the help of actuators and Battery Management Systems (BMS) are the brains behind battery packs. They manage the output charge and discharge provide notifications on the status of the battery pack. They also provide critical safeguards to protect the li ion cells from damage. It is a self-driving robot. 2.ULTRASONIC MAP MAKER USING ARDUINO AND MATLAB

• Mapping is a technique which constructs a potential map of an indoor environment thereby locating static obstacles in the defined area.

• Ultrasonic sensors are used. Sensors produce ultrasonic waves beyond the scope of human hearing. These sensors measure the distance of the target by the time difference between the emission and the wave reflected back from the target.

• This project aims to generate maps based on these distances autonomously and provides visual feedback. 3.HOME AUTOMATION USING ARDUINO WIFI MODULE ESP8266

• The project proposes an efficient implementation for IoT (Internet of Things) used for monitoring and controlling the home appliances via Internet.

• The user will interact directly with the system through a web-based interface (WBI) over the web, whereas home appliances like lights, fan etc are remotely controlled through website. The server will be interfaced with relay hardware circuits that control the appliances running at home. Using this the appliances can be on/off through WBI. Co-curricular activities
