Secured executive buy-in to increase the investment budget from $500,000 in 2011 to $40 million in 2014.

Passed many internal and external ISO and API 5CT audits.

Retained to lead the complete restructuring of plant operations experiencing excessive failure rates, antiquated equipment, and a subpar SAP implementation.

Assumed leadership for staff of 20, all training, production scheduling, quality control, maintenance, safety, warehouse operations and inventory management.

Restructured engineering, maintenance, and warehouse operations, and grew staff from 20 to 45 while improving man hours per ton.

Plant/Project Manager for Large Diameter Pipe Mill (DSAW) relocation project from Mexico to Saudi Arabia.
