As a member of the management staff to ensure success I would collaborate with the support staff and the driver team to attain certain department goals and drive performance. All driver personal hiring and monitoring to ensure all current and new hires have the skills and tools to obtain their goals regarding performance. Coach and counsel clerical staff to assist the drivers in staying aligned with the KPI’s of the department. Track productivity and take a one on one approach to those who may fall short of the goal to build up the associate thus improving the Tucson division. Facilitate the safety training and retraining post-accident or incident. Work closely with sales to drive the market share and rework routes to make each truck profitable.
