I have extensive experience building and repairing Microsoft Windows desktop PCs, as well as limited experience with laptops. HP/BANK OF AMERICA, THROUGH INSIGHT GLOBAL STAFFING SERVICE 12-WEEK ASSIGNMENT, JULY-SEPT 2020 Raleigh, NC

Most recently, I worked with HP on their Bank of America Refresh Project. This involved swapping out older computers & components and replacing them with new ones. This is all done after-hours. HP remotely initiates a secure de-registration of the computers to be removed. When the de-registration is completed, the old systems are disconnected and the new ones put in place. For the last several years, I have been working out of my home as a PC repair tech and continuing my education through further hands-on experience building and troubleshooting home PC issues.
