Developing and Designing the equipment's using AutoCAD 2D Drafting and 3D model Software and Involved in Installation and commissioning of fire protection system and Desiging of Multiple effective evaporator equipment and attending the Client meetings &handling Manpower at site.
Creating the fire protection sprinkler system drawing and preparing the pipe route plans according to Layout, Sections, 3D isometric drawings of steel structural.
Accordance to National fire protection association (NFPA) Designing & Preparing the Fire hydrant pipe plans with sprinkler arrangement for Hazard area like Toxic cylinder and storage tank area
Designing the pipe line with fittings like Valves, Elbows, and Pipe fittings assembled with flanges.
Knowledge of Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&ID) in Multiple effective evaporator
(MEE PLANT).
Creating the drawings of Mild steel & Stainless steel storage tanks based on application usage, Heat Exchanger, Condensers, Calandries (FFE & FCE), Preheaters and many more industrial equipments.
Preparing the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) according to project in Autocad and Co-ordination with Site Execution.
Preparing the reports/documents in MS Office and creating PPT for client meeting.
Maintaining & Handling the work by assigning to Man power in order to finish within time without any delay and destruction. And checking the Quality of material to withstand the desired force & pressure.

Based on client inquiry preparing the quotation with proper estimation.
After quotation next step follow-up the client to get the Purchase Order (PO).
Immediate after receiving the PO, Designing the product using the Autocad software with proper 2D views and 3D model.
After getting official confirmation through email on the shop drawing, the job card with the drawing handed over in fabrication department and assigning the work to manpower in industry based on priority jobs, Procuring the material and Reducing the material cost for each and every job.
After finishing of product it comes for the quality checking test with AISI standard and checking the dimensions of the part.
