Work Description: Automated monthly and quarterly bank fee activities of business users for different banks like BNY Mellon, Toronto Dominion & Northern Trust. It involves downloading report from share drive extract the unstructured data from PDf and then fills the details into excel and tally the total value. And if there is any discrepancy report the same to user.

Description: Swaps process is done by business team whenever they get a trade ticket. There are multiple sources of the data available like PDF, Email, Excel and Word. The business must verify 40 data elements in each and every source and report back to bank if there is any discrepancy.

Work Description:Designed an intelligent BOT which mines text from multiple unstructured resources, cleans the scales the data and then compares the data elements and report it back to the user if any discrepancy.

Name: MailBox Automation

Technologies Used: Pega RPA, Pega NLP

Description: The users will be sending emails to helpdesk mailbox for requests like password reset, access, job rerun. There will be one person who redirects this email to corresponding team. Totally it involves 8 FTE’s (4+4) to handle request in IST and EST hours.

Work Description:Created NLP model which used to analyze the emails in helpdesk mailbox and redirects to corresponding BOT by creating a case. Then the requests are in turn getting handled by BOT’s based on the details provided by the NLP model which saves the effort of 8 FTE’s.

Transaction volume is approximately 1000 per day with a net value of approximately $30 billion per day. WSS sends funds transfers, Securities trades, and FX trades to several domestic and international banks over the SWIFT Financial Network, and via private network connections.

Work Description: Automated the day to day & monthly activities of trade users. It involves, downloading report from website, compare the payment and receipt details. Report back to user with detailed transaction report if there is any discrepancy found.
