JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement the site safety policies and procedures.

Assures that all workers are working safely within the guidelines of safety rules and regulations.

Conduct onsite safety inspections and report any violence.

Ensuring that all cranes and lifting equipment comply with required company Specification and standards.

Ensuring that all personnel involved with lifting and rigging activities are competent and experienced.

Promoting good working environment and Provide instructions to the workers regarding the safe practices of work.

Preparing daily observation report and submitting the reports after coordinating the reports.

Take a proactive role in enhancing HSE performance through identifying and reporting areas of improvement.

Making site visit with site manager, construction teams and consultants for site inspection.

Periodical Inspection of power tools, fire extinguisher, first aid boxes, PPEs, all electrical cables and connections and other HSE equipment and facilities to ensure their adequacy and functionality and track their maintenance and calibration.

Arranging and placing safety signages on site.

Reporting of accidents, near misses, violations and other HSE non-conformities.

Assist in conducting site safety induction for new employees and ensure that they understand the project HSE requirements.

Assist in organizing safety awareness training program for labours.
