I have over (one) 1 year experience within Human Resource department. I have completed National Diploma in Marketing Management and Ancillary Nursing Certificate. I am currently pursuing Diploma in Human Resource Management. I have previously worked as HR Coordinator Trainee within a leading mining company where I provided meticulous and quite strong HR administration, assist HR team with administration processes. I was also exposed within recruitment process where I was working on attracting talent acquisition to ensure the process of finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates, interns and graduates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fulfil project requirements. I was exposed within Employee relations, communications, HR Events, training and development. Previously I was Ancillary Nursing where I was attending to patient basic needs e.g. (Health and Hygiene) and I was also working as Till Operator which granted me an exposure to excellent customer service.

I have acquired HR SAP system skills to execute, facilitate and process invoice payments. I am hoping to acquire a challenging human resource permanent position where I make use of my extensive experience in the field to handle HR administration duties. I am also seeking for a rewarding and challenging career in an organization where I can apply the qualifications & competency skills that I have acquired during my academics.

Purpose

To provide an administrative support to the Human Resource Team as well as Personal Assistance to the Group Head Human Capital & Learning. Also providing support to Samancor Chrome employees on and point of contact on all HR, related matters

● Co-Ordinate all learning interventions and ensure that they are in line with the skill plan.

● Manager the internal venue bookings for all learning interventions.

● Resolve complaints, requests and queries by stores and trainers.

● Set up training venues according to the intervention requirements.

● Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.

● Liaise with facilitators regarding workshops requirements.
