Project 1:

Title: Electro Mechanical Actuation (EMA) Period (August 2020 – Present) Description: Electro mechanical actuation system is a Quad channel designed to control four actuators with the help of DSP processor TMS320F28335 thus receives sequence of commands from On Board Computer (OBC) through RS422 Interface and EMA is responsible for controlling the missile movement after the launch. A lightweight, low power electro-mechanical actuation system with brushless DC motors has been developed to intercept missile for driving aerodynamic control surface. Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements of the entire unit at the sub system level.

Understanding the interfacing between the module levels.

Deploying the code in to Hardware.

Performed Unit testing and Static Analysis.

Validating the unit by using the possible test cases at the simulation.

Identifying the run time bugs during the HILS test and preparing the test plan.

Preparing the verification and validation reports. Project 2:

Title: Digital Servo Controller Unit (DSCU) Period (October 2019 – May 2020) Description: Digital servo control unit is a Quad channel designed to control four actuators by using ARM Cortex M3 Processor thus receives sequence of commands from On Board Computer(OBC) through RS422 Interface and it is responsible for controlling the missile movement after the launch. A lightweight, low power electro-mechanical actuation system with brushless DC motors has been developed for intercept missile for driving aerodynamic control surface.

Title: Remote Data Acquisition: Vector India Period (January 2019 -March 2019) Description: Data Acquisition is process of acquiring the real world’s information through sensors. The main agenda of the project is to monitor the temperature. I’ve developed this project using 8051 Micro- Controller through RS232 Interfacing with C51 cross compiler with the help of DS18B20 Digital temperature sensor. Using ZigBee technology to capture and access the data. Responsibilities:
