-Currently I serve a Program Manager/Tool Control Specialist for the 402nd EMXG 568th Squadron. As the Tool Control Specialist, I track and monitor all tools coming in and going out of the 568th squadron. The tool inventory consists of various hand tools and specialized tools, valued at $341,897.61

-Coordinate with the Master Tool Crib Supervisor’s and my Group Tool Control Specialist to fulfill all requirements that are needed by the mechanics to keep the mission going forward.

-Currently the Program Manager for the CTK (Consolidated Tool Kit) project for representing the 568th squadron, transferring all of the CTK’s in the corresponding supervisor’s name to answer the write up that the Complex received to ensure my squadron as well as my Group are following all guidelines IAW AFSCMAN-21-102 Chapter 10. I work closely with the Supervisor’s, Flight Chief’s, Technical Advisor, and Squadron Commander for the 568th Squadron to ensure all guidelines are followed at all times.

-Participate in daily meetings with my Group Tool Control Specialist as well as various personnel in my squadron along with other squadrons.

-I use Excel, Word and Power point on a daily basis to help aid in tracking items for incoming workloads, and use power point to provide tool and FOD training throughout the group.

-Recently I discovered tools, valued at less than $30,000, TMDE items and equipment not marked and properly secured in one of my areas. I worked closely with the mechanics, the supervisors, Flight Chief as well as the Squadron commander in the area to determine whom the items belonged to and where they came from. Upon further investigation it was determined the items belonged to engineers from a different organization. I coordinated with the Flight Chief of the other organization to determine the root cause of the problem and helped come up with a solution to prevent my organization and theirs from receiving a future write up.

-I manage and maintain the Report of Survey (ROS) program for tools when needed.

-I am currently the Lead Tool Specialist for the F-22 EPS-D and IVSC partnership workloads as well as the F-35 DAS Window and AMS partnership workloads. I am in charge of researching and purchasing the required tooling to ensure proficiency and accuracy for incoming and outgoing parts. The required tooling consisted of various common hand tools, as well as peculiar and non-peculiar tooling from various vendors to include Lockheed Martin varying in cost.

-I am currently one of EMXG’s FOD monitors. I conduct weekly inspections in various areas throughout the 568th EMXG squadron to determine any issues with FOD and if the shop is following AFSCMAN21-102 Chapter 13, to ensure all work areas are FOD free. There is a zero tolerance for FOD, myself and others enforce this policy.

-I have helped my organization as well as other organizations locate and acquire tools and equipment for incoming workloads. This was accomplished by using various systems including Air Force Advantage, FEMS and internet searches to find the items at the lowest cost. I work closely with Supply Technicians, TMDE monitors and Engineers to ensure each mechanic has the correct tools needed to continue the mission to get assets out the door in a timely and correct manner.

-I help ensure we have DMAG funds in order to be able to get the tools and resources needed to complete the mission.

-I analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.

-I keep a detailed record of all paperwork hard copy and digital pertaining to tool kits in my area, lost tool reports and any type of FOD related incident within my area.

-I maintain detailed records of locally manufactured tools that are provided by engineers for specific workloads.

-I plan, organize work, and consult effectively with co-workers. I prepare written correspondence and other documentation on a daily basis.

-I perform my job effectively under strict guidelines to cover all assignments in a timely manner.

-I participate in LEAN events to better the work environment also to better the process of Tool Control and FOD control in EMXG.

-Served as the Program Manager/Tool Control Specialist for the 571st CMXG Squadron. I tracked and monitored all Tools in CMXG valued at $682,547.93 that were being requested and ordered. I coordinated with the Master Tool Crib to fulfill orders that fit the mechanics needs to include basic Hand Tools and all necessary tools need for the task at hand. I oversaw all operations in CMXG’s tool cribs to ensure all of the personal are operating correctly and following all the regulations under AFSCMAN21-102 Chapter 10.

-I participated in daily meetings with my tool team and weekly meeting with the supervisors to discuss any issues, to determine the best action to take to ensure it is done properly and to make CMXG the best tool program on base.

-I worked closely with Flight Chiefs and supervisor’s to help plan and distribute in coming workload responsibilities.

-I served as one of CMXG’s FOD monitors. I conducted weekly inspections in various areas throughout CMXG to determine any issues with FOD and if the shop was following AFSCMAN21-102 Chapter 13, to ensure all work areas are FOD free. There is a zero tolerance for FOD and myself and others enforce that policy. I have worked closely with the 571st and 574th squadron FOD Focal Points to work out FOD related issues, complete FOD Talk’s and ensure there is a FOD free environment.

I worked closely with Supply Technicians, TMDE monitors and Engineers to ensure each mechanic had the correct tool needed to continue the mission to get asset’s out the door in a timely and correct manner.

-I helped coordinate with machinist for the CNC machines to ensure they get the proper tooling needed to complete the task at hand. I served as the work lead to my team on the CTK project to inspect all of the CTK’s, fix any issues, and issue them out to the corresponding Supervisor IAW AFSCMAN21-102 Chapter 10. I oversaw the operation and conducted final inspections before each kit was complete.

-I was responsible for researching, ordering and building CLECO boxes for the 574th squadron in Bldg. 189 to support the mission and reduce the number of lost and missing CLECO’s, in turn saving CMXG and the Air Force thousands of dollars in lost tools.

-I helped ensure CSAG-M funds were available in order to be able to get the tools and resources needed to complete the mission.

-I served as the TMDE/Equipment Program Manager and Supply Technician for the 569th EMXG Squadron. I tracked, inventoried and accounted for over $6,542,445.16 million worth of equipment on four different equipment accounts. I kept detailed records of all equipment transactions new and old. I used AFEMS (Air Force Equipment Management System) to keep track of all equipment, and to do extensive research on equipment to ensure my equipment is under the proper ASC (Allowance Source Code). I use AFEMS to process paperwork for turn-ins, update R14’s and CA/CRL’s, and alternates.

-As the squadron TMDE Monitor for the 569th Squadron I monitored and maintained 4 TMDE accounts, on a daily basis totaling over $600,000. I kept extensive records of all PMEL assets. I reviewed and printed work orders on a daily basis for assets that needed to be turned in. I located the assets and verified it was the correct one and processed a TMDE shipping document and proceeded to deliver the assets to PMEL truck. I used PMEL FEM WEB to track and view statuses of incoming, outgoing and work in progress assets.

-I used AFCAV (Air Force Calibration Authority Viewer) to retrieve information on items to be added to PMEL. I used the information I retrieved from AFCAV to fill out and send a MET134 to PMEL Representative. I kept extensive inventory records to ensue 100% accountability of all PMEL and Equipment accounts for the 569th squadron.

-I served as the Squadron’s alternate FOD inspector.

-I assisted Planners with locating equipment for the new joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) Lower Helmet Vehicle Interface (LHVI) Cable assembly that was just newly activated.

-I have interfaced with PMEL personnel to help expedite calibration of the HIPOT tester so that LHVI and JHMCS workloads first article repairs were on schedule and on time.

-I have helped my organization as well as other organizations locate and acquire tools and equipment for incoming workloads.

-Stocked and issued tooling such as measurement tooling and specific size end mills, drill bits, reamers, and other various metalworking tooling within a Production Support Center and Tool Crib (PSC635/TC635) in order to support industrial production on Robins AFB within 402 EMXG. I worked closely with the Production Support Center Manager to ensure proper procedures are being followed in the PSC in EMXG.

-Promoted quality improvement in overall production support center services through completing special projects, to include developmental and recurring work assignments; creating an atmosphere for excellence.

-Proficient use of a variety of computer systems to perform both tooling and supply functions; such as MAXIMO (FEMs), FEDLOG, etc..

-Helped engineers with the planning and building of a new tool crib via AUTOCAD.

-Performed tasks ranging from laser etching tools, to designing of tool box templates to meet the needs of the mechanic in 402 EMXG bldgs. 635, 640 & 645.

-Performed no notice tool kit inspections (IAW AFSCMAN21-101).

-Collected tool kits and turned in tool kits at the Master Tool Crib (MC125) IAW AFSCMAN21-101 Chapter 10.

-Loaned tool and parts attendant managing a tool crib that supports 3 complexes, bldgs. 635, 640 & 645.

-Inspected hand tools for proper conditions, often performed maintenance on hand tools for proper operation. Familiar with TO 32-1-101.

-Issued AF Form 1297 for temporary loan of tools from TC645 when MAXIMO/FEMS was down.

-Accountability of tools is top priority of tool crib attendant as this reduces FOD within the complex.

-Lean Event- Reduced the number of tool kit templates in the 402nd EMXG by 85%
