1. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production workers and fully supervising the
inputs, processes and outputs of production
processes.
2. Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the
warehouse management and the sales department.
3. Full supervision over the inputs and outputs of production processes, application of quality
standards and procedures in force in the company,
and documentation of production processes.
4. Determining the requirements of raw materials
and preparing orders for the inputs of production
processes and submitting them to the Procurement
Department.
5. Determining the needs of the human resources
needed to work in the production department and
participating in the selection of the department's workers, identifying the training needs of each
individual, training and motivating them to work,
and participating in the evaluation process for
individuals.
6. Ensure that occupational health and safety
standards are applied in the factory.
7. Follow up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports on maintenance
or replacement of outdated equipment.
8. Evaluate the progress of production processes and make necessary changes aimed at improving
production quality and reducing time, effort and
cost.
9. Submit reports on all matters related to the
progress of production processes, achievements
and failures to senior management.
10. Raising recommendations regarding reward and
punishment based on employee performance
evaluation.
