CAREER OBJECTIVE

I completed Mechanical Engineering undergraduate degree. I have more than 25 years (14 years in UAE) experience in running all aspects of MEP business in hotels, residences, luxury villas, Theme Parks and Expo projects. I am looking for a job suitable for my knowledge and experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all aspect of MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, electrical, Fit-out) including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, documentation, and handover to the client

• Analyzing & identifying the Tender and Design Spec’s

• Efficiently reviewed project plans daily to identify tasks, monitor progress and proactively identify/resolve potential issues.

• Collaborate closely with subcontractor engineering team to review schedules and support resolution of challenges to ensure milestones to achieve on time, notifying the client any delays and valuing the costs impact • Issuing, request for information, non-conformance reports, and field change documents where required in conjunction with the project field engineer of the team

• Liaised and worked closely with vendors and external contractors, establishing productive relationships.

• Establishes regular meeting to review package status, formulate action items and follows up on close out.

• Arrange timely obtaining of clearances, approvals, and permissions

• Ensuring all client issues and complaints are appropriately managed.

• Follow up MEP material schedule and procurement.

• Witness & planning of Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems.
