Duties and Responsibilities - SALES ROVING SUPERVISOR
Store Visit of Consignor Stores :
- Meet and discuss the store performance to assigned Sales Consultant and speak to Store Department Supervisor and Store Manager for possible store activities and concerned.
- Check visual displays, prices and stocks availability in the selling area and stockroom.
- Observe customer flow to identify possible strategies to increase sales.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Sales monitoring to easily identify Store sales performance.
Assist and Coordinate to Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives.
Maintains Store inventory monitoring to ensure items are on stock in each store in coordination with Warehouse and Sales Order taker.
Facilitate Orientation and Product training to all newly hired Sales Consultant and motivates them to achieve sales targets and to existing store Sales Consultant for Product Refreshment.
Arrange time schedules, and provides direction to store staff; review submitted time-sheets and attendance records for payroll purposes. Monthly update the head office of the performance evaluation of assigned Sales Consultants.
Ensure that the assigned Store Sales Consultant strictly follows Company Policies - Health and Safety Measures, Cleanliness and Orderliness.
Check market trends, new services and products and provide Head Office with information on potential new customer, new store opening, competitor’s activities (promotion, price ranges) and store activities.
Manage returns according to the specific category guidelines.
Handles customer complaints, issues and concerns.
Strictly follows Company policies for Sales Update, stocks monitoring and expense liquidation. Duties and Responsibilities – SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Travel all over assigned area to visit existing customers and look for potential new customers and do sampling.
Sampling - offer the company’s product to potential new customers.
- Let existing customers to check stocks and take orders (purchase order) for the styles needed in their store.
Responsible for collection and countering process of purchase orders after stocks arrived in the store for collection.
Handling Institutional Account.
Monitoring outright sales, purchase orders, concerns and stocks availability to avoid being short on stocks.
Follow up on customers’ orders as necessary and anticipate the needs of customers and address them accordingly.
Establish relationships with new customers and make sure to maintain or grow relationship with existing customers and ensure continuous orders.
