●Responsible for Three (3) buildings Chemical Production Plant, Ship & Receive with 600,000 ft Warehouse and Corporate Office complex.

●All building comfort systems, production equipment, air compressors, fire and water systems and general building maintenance interior and exterior.

●Designed, Built and Perfected a Skid Rack for the manufacturing of chemicals. Rack will sheer mix two chemicals with control of each during entire reaction process.

●Designed and Built an Ammonia Recovery System. After a chemical spill I assisted in clean up enduring situations that I felt were a more than a little uncomfortable and high cost of accident I engineered an Auto Recovery System. Simply put when a spill happens simply turn off equipment in process via E Stop and exit to fresh air. The System will sense the spill and engage air diaphragm to begin sucking up spill and placing into a metal recovery tank. System will operate until all of spill off floor and then will run through a 20 min time to purge lines then reset Ready when needed again.
