• Managed the CSB (Coated Steel Belts) for the Otis GEN2 elevator systems for the global market. Managed and tracking of Otis / Brugg global forecasting and production each belt designs with Otis customer global sourcing teams.
• Worked on technical and engineering issues to Identify solution with Otis Engineering.
• Responsible for over $8Mil to $30Mil in sale over a five-year period.
• Responsible for tracking lead-times for new belt projects from supplier components to prototype trial builds and production to meet customers timing. Led weekly meetings with customers and development groups on product progress.
• Track and develop new opportunities or customers in unique markets not yet created for the CSB. Worked with various cross-functional groups with-in Brugg to improve the process or resolve issues related manufacturing, testing and deliveries of the CSB. 2009 – 2011 Toyota Boshoku America merged with JCI and a reduction in headcount was required in 2009 with the new company. Did volunteer work at churches and organizations while searching for a new opportunity, average about 10 to 15 hours per week. Improved my pubic speaking skills at monthly gatherings of 150 to 200 persons. Mentor one on one with low-income individual and groups at temporary shelters. 3
2007 – 2009 Toyota Boshoku America (TBA), (Kentucky, USA) Toyota Boshoku America provides Seat and Door Trim for motor vehicles Project Manager: Seat and Door Trim programs
• Managed an average of 700 to 800 component parts per seat and interior door trim for the 2010 Toyota Sienna.
• Interface with numerous-groups within TBA to provide weekly status to Toyota Motor Company.
• Provide plants with data and supplier component lead-times for prototype and production trial builds.
• Managed engineering changes to provide the latest level component and assemblies for testing and evaluation. Met with Toyota Motor Company groups and suppliers to revolved timing, engineering changes and build issues.
2000 – 2007 SiemensVDO Automotive, (Michigan, USA) Siemens provides ABS Wheel Speed Sensors, Oil Level, Temperature, Pressure and NOx Sensors for Honda, Cummins and International Truck Project Manager / Resident Engineer: Sensors Programs
• Managed the development of ABS - WSS from start to SOP. Responsible for over $30,000,000 in sales for the Honda Civics, Minivans, SUVs and all Acura models produced in Canada, USA and UK.
• Worked with suppliers and Honda (HRA-O & HGT) to develop and manufacture WSS at SiemensVDO plant in Juarez, Mexico.
• Interfaced with multi-disciplines from England, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, Mexico and USA, to develop and work on planning (TSS), timing (NMR’s & SAP), costing (CCF), and shipping issues or concerns.
• Coordinate and led meetings with SiemensVDO Mexico, Honda USA development and manufacture teams.
• Worked with Cummins and International Truck engine groups to coordinate technical and engineering issues with Siemens Europe. Coordinated meeting and visits between the customers about proto, pilot development, production and plant concern.

• Establish meetings between Ford Motor Company and Hitachi to discuss warranty data concerns, plan customer surveys and plant quality audits.
• Coordinated Ford’s technical or engineering issues about proto and pilot development, with Hitachi’s Engineering Groups in Kentucky and Japan.
