JOB RESPONSIBILITISES

• Execution of work as per drawing and specification assuring Quality and Safety in every aspect.

• Provide technical survey expertise to enable accurate activities, quantification of onsite lay outs.

• Effective use of surveying instruments as well as its function to conduct various surveying tasks and performing test to check that the instruments is well calibrated as part of ISO procedures before commencing the work.

• Coordinate with the Site Engineers for the priority of the project with regards to implementation, changes of plans or deviations unusual activities or non-conformances rectification work and Coordinate with the Consultant for the Inspection & Approval of the same.

• Monitoring, inspection, documentations and ensure quality of work is maintained in the implementation of work as per plan and specifications.

• Checking the location or coordinates of all drawings and master plan before the construction starts and calculate coordinates and elevations to be set out as per approved construction drawings.

• Getting the elevation of the ground that will be used for checking the elevation of the building

• Setting the columns and wall alignment and after concreting, set again the column coordinates and wall for checking using Total Station.

• Observe safety and precautionary measures to avoid loss of life, environment and damage to properties.

• VMT guidance system monitoring and maintain the ring report

• Tunnel work Provide layout and helps in fixing of Thrust frame, EYE seal, Cradle, Cutterhead. Laser shifting, Ring data, Navigation, Bracket fixing, jack length measure, wriggle survey, manual survey etc.

• Prepare the settlement update sheet to compare the settlement and convey the message to all concerned individuals.

• Level Traverse from launching shaft to tunnel at station installed for traverse inside the tunnel.

• Manual Survey in current position TBM.

• Installation of zigzag traverse bracket in tunnel at every 50-meter interval.

• Cross passage work, Cross passage monitoring, tunnel Cross Passage-bracket fixing of laser for Cross Passage alignment.

• Tunnel profile marking.

TUNNEL

Triangulation of control points, establish of TBM, monitoring of control points & TBM, Settlement and displacement checking.

• Supervision in fixing of Thrust frame, EYE seal, Cradle, Cutterhead.

• Perform Manual Survey, Full TBM survey and Calibration of PPS guidance system.

• Frequently checking of TBM with the help of Double zigzag Traversing.

• supervision in construction of cross passage in sequential way (Fixing and erecting of temporary frame, segment removal, excavation of heading, benching, fixing of lattice girder, shotcrete of primary & secondary layer, fixing & erecting of permanent frame, water proofing, RCC for final lining, sump excavation as well as its final lining).

• Monitoring & supervision for Track bed concreting.

• Maintaining shift reports, TBM operation records, ring plane check and grouting reports etc.

• Calculation and checking of Alignment Parameters.

• General Monitoring of PPS Guidance system.

• Making horizontal and vertical control for initialization of Project.

• Monitoring of guidance system (Laser shifting, Ring Selection)

• Establishment of Master Control Points.

• Perform wriggle survey and checking TBM navigation as per designed alignment.

• Process the monitoring data once download from survey instruments transfer it to Pc and prepare the settlement update graph using office software and convey the report to reporting in charge Tunnel Survey Manager.

• Prepare the settlement update sheet to compare the settlement and convey the message to all concerned individuals.

• Installation of cutter head intervention monitoring points and monitoring them at the frequency of every three hours or as per requirement of GC.

• 3D monitoring of buildings involved in corridor at daily basis or as per building condition and GC requirement.

• Level Traverse for all main control points connection all 5 stations included in our package at every three months interval.

• Level Traverse from launching shaft to tunnel at station installed for traverse inside the tunnel.

• Manual Survey in current position TBM cutter head.

• Installation of intermediate benchmarks for frequent monitoring of critical zone along the tunnel corridor.

• Prepare the auto cad drawing for TBM current location to display the current settlement updates with points location.

• Enzan guidance system monitoring and maintain the ring report and all survey related documents.

• Involvement in assembling and installation of guidance system.

• Installation of zigzag traverse bracket in tunnel at every 50-meter interval.
