Responsibilities:

Following is the brief summary of work executed at different Projects:

Carry out incident investigations when required, and report on these to Company management.

Report and meetings about unsafe condition to foreman. Job supervisor or senior management

Keep a record of all safety meetings. Implementation of safe systems and procedures of work

.Submit daily observation.

Give daily toolbox.

Meeting with client.

Conduct daily site inspection to Identify unsafe acts and condition Verify condition of equipment

Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective /preventive action

Check work permit at the job site to ensure compliance with permit requirements.

Monitor and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.

Develop, prepare and distribute safety promotional material and construction related safety procedures.

Provide in-service fire safety training to employees using power point slides and using portable fire extinguishers for practical demonstration.

Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.

Behavior monitoring:

Investigate accidents/including near misses and determine probable causes and develop appropriate safety measures to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.

Initiate response in event of an emergency situation.

Monitor compliance with intended control measures.

Implementation of client safety rules and requirements related to the project site.

Stop any activity immediately on detection of any substandard act, condition or potential hazard that would or could cause harm to an employee.

Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work permit.

Reminding all workers that the safety is the best policy and to target zero accident.

Coordination with the client’s safety officers regarding safety procedure in the job site.

Monitoring workers and equipment in the job site to insure proper safety procedure as per client satisfaction
