I transferred to Healthcare Department & was also promoted to Executive Secretary (Grade 7), reporting to GM Healthcare, responsible quality management, month end report collation, management meetings, direct reports, project management, marketing & SHEQ duties such as direct reports with SLA’s, assisting Pharmacists with package inserts, assisting GM with running Quality Department for 6 months, conducting quality checks, liaising with MCC (2010 – 2012).
