● Supported release and design engineers with acoustic, sealing, and structural part validation.

● Perform special engineering projects and supportive tasks that lead towards innovation.

● Support engineers with part design, functionality, 8D root-cause analysis, design reviews, and limited new vehicle launch support executing lessons-learned processes.

● Responsible for working mainly with Design Release Engineers for BMW/Ford car bodies.

● Tested a baffle that went between car bodies of BMW/Ford and wrote reports which helped engineers with root cause analysis.

Lead for development of a PAC Man Automotive Bushing January 2021 – April 2021 Oakland University, Rochester Hills, MI

● Working in a 4-person project team to deliver a complete production of the Pac man bushing being created for Airboss Flexible Products Co.

● Completed the analysis phase of the project by interviewing the client, understanding, and documenting their requirements and new product goals.

● Marching towards a functional requirement to meet and produce a working bushing sample that performs against other companies.

● Researched and analyzed different types of metal and rubber polymer bushings to produce new Pac man bushing.

● Utilized Catia V5 for 3D modeling and FEA analysis, as well as discussing cost analysis on the prototype bushing.

CATIA FEA Project May 2019 - July 2019

Oakland University, Rochester Hills, MI

● Created UTV from scratch, which was made up of at least 30 different parts, furthermore, was assembled into one UTV.

● Completed baseline FEA analysis on the UTV such as loading condition, design criteria, concerned component, analysis setup, results, and discussion. REFERENCES:
