Provide Engineering, Flight Simulator, Aerodynamics and Primary Flight Training for designated US, and NATO Officers. Supervise four hundred Marine and Naval Officers assigned for flight training. Develop and implement Flight Training Program for Officers that reduced failure rates and increased morale and command presence in the community. Designed first computer based training Matrix which streamlined garrison training and spearheaded training schedule for Special Operations Units deployed worldwide.
