Production Planning & Control

Decreasing the Batch cycle time& identifying the bottle necks through setting the proper working parameters of the machines to eliminate any source of losses & increasing the machine’s ‘OEE.

Production planning & Management

Day planning of Batches based on RM and PM by productivity enhancement, Capacity and Resource Utilization.

Meeting out monthly/fortnight target, Ensuring Zero Deviation in Quality of Finished Products and Business Protocols, Daily monitoring of Volume Compliance, Plan Compliance, SKU variance, PRORATA Basis.

Set and update training plan for production team regarding HSE, Technical Training & 5S.

Hold daily meeting with the operation Team to discuss the results of the day before.

Set & discuss with the Top management CAPEX & OPEX road map in the operation management.
