As a POC for Process & Spec
Single point of contact for all spec and process related queries
Actively maintaining dispute and process query trackers to resolve the disputed cases between editors and QCers and to clarify the queries related to process
Reviewing Spec and process documents, looking for options to bridge the gap in the process and to identify the cases for better enhancements
Meeting the clients on weekly/bi- weekly basis to discuss the points for spec & process changes as per the trends observed in ongoing projects
Conducting bi-weekly sessions to identify the gaps between editing & QCers and clear the gap
Reviewing the ideas suggested by associates, leads for process enhancement and taking the potential ideas to client for implementation
Proactively reviewing the upcoming projects, and look for any changes/additions in Spec & Process
