Cash Application Automation

oCash App team’s primary role is to apply/book payments received from customers based on the inputs received from Bank Statements, Remittance documents, and inputs from Credit & Collections team.

oTreasury books all customer receipts to Bank GL account assigned to respective company code. Cash App team gathers remittance details available bank statement and allocates to the respective Customer account by debiting Bank GL. For those without remittance details; team receives allocation details from Credit & Collections team via email and allocates to Customer account based on the inputs. Once reference document number is generated in C1 for each allocation that marks the completion of the process.

ZMPWBSLST Automation

ZMPWBSLST Automation provides live ZMPWBSLST report from compass R3 which is being to validate the P&L impact instantly. This report is critical in planning additional accruals or deferrals and also supports tracking long and short-term deferrals and accruals. This is one of the most frequently used report since it is for reporting First Day Estimates (FDE) at Cost Stack 9 level.

Billing Blocks Automation

Accounts Payable team needs to download Invoice Block doc reports on a pre-determined schedule to track outstanding line items and trigger mails to buyers to take corrective action. This activity is carried out to ensure payouts go through processing and payout in a timely manner with accurate data.

Bank Reconciliation Automation

Bank Operations Team does reconciliation between GL Account Transactions and corresponding Bank Account transactions. This process is carried out to identify any mismatch between GL and Bank and resolve it. It forms the basis for posting Journal Entries to match GL and Bank.

HIC – HPFS Input Control (Jan 2015 – April 2017)

HIC (HPFS Input Control) is an information environment, which support the control and management of the leasing charges. HIC is designed to work for contracts which follow the embedded lease IC policy and processes.

Its aim is, to help FAM / EngCOS and Finance in the setup of COMPASS information and reconciliation of 3099 and 1226/3091* accounts and more specifically:

• Prepare a COMPASS plan, in line with the HP EB expectations of current and future lease charges

• Compare the actual charges, which are sent from HPFS to HP EB COMPASS, via IC Equate or IC Pyramid, with the HP EB expectations (as documented in Lease Master File and reflected in Compass Plan).

• Create reports documenting variances between Compass Plan and actual charges received from the IC process (IC eQuate or IC Pyramid) to support their historical tracking and their resolution, via SharePoint shared information and automatic escalation mails.

• Create reports documenting the History of Compass received charges with the charges out bounded from HPFS Pyramid system by comparing the reports from HPFS (Pyramid Business Objects report, start of the flow), with the reports from COMPASS (end of the flow): Historical and E2E transactions reconciliation reports

• Calculate ageing for postings made to 1226 accounted by COMPASS RA Key PS-LCR or 3091 accounted by COMPASS RA Key PS-EML.

Scorecard Management module is designed mainly for management. They can view all production details of team, vertical and center viz., which helps the senior management for cost cutting and easy decision making. The Customers can also view the reports as required.

NDDB Dairy Development Board is the governmental organization running under the control of Ministry of Dairy Development Board. WTC - Women's Thrift Cooperative Project is the NDDB initiated program. It has been implemented and it has successfully entering in to the sixth year. NDDB is having the requirement to develop a window based application. Which will automate the existing manual system involves Member Creation and Information system, Society Creation and information system, AWTC Investments Information system, Staff Maintenance, Meeting details, Thrift maintenance, Loan and Bonus maintenance.

Proposed system covers all the functionalities of the existing manual system with features of n number of Society maintenance, Dual language support and Security settings.
