JOB DESCRIPTION
As a galley utility(cleaner) my responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the area, especially in the galley . I clean floors, working table, I need to make it sure that every workstation/area, Galley equipment, the chefs tools and the china wares are sanitize and clean . Highest standard of cleanliness. Sometimes we assist for the chefs. Kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times. We are responsible also in the provision or loading and unloading the items to put in the galley stockroom. The same rule when I was also a bar utility, refilling items for the bar, assisting the bar waiter,serving drinks.
When I am in my previous job in Paradise Resort my responsibilities is to Greet visitors, provide information about the organization, help monitor the access of the guest, Receiving calls and reservations, checking In and checking out of the guest, front desk cashier, taking food orders from the guest through intercom service, offering foods, and perform a variety of office duties such as filing of records, updating appointment calendars, opening and sorting mail, etc.,Also in housekeeping (cleaning and changing linens) I was also assigned in other outlet in our department such as Counter 2, Souvenir Shop and Dessert House (ICH Store) which is I used to make a different kinds of dessert, cocktail drinks, fruit shakes as well as giving the guest a quality service by entertaining them, offering, suggesting and introducing our product.
