Job Description:

•HR Generalist that provides timely, accurate and meaningful advice and service to the outlet/work unit thru the implementation, monitoring and propagation of HR plans and programs, specifically but not limited to recruitment, creations of employee electronic files, employee welfare and benefits administration, timekeeping, maintenance of employee and industrial relations, conduct company orientation and administrative services.

•Accomplishes all sourcing, selection and placement related activities efficiently to ensure timely and correct filling in of vacancies and maintain a sufficient pool of candidates for future requirements.
