I was part of a team which Delivered GH¢ 117 million a record achievement for the business in September 2018,
December 2017 Output ended with total deliveries of Ghs97m.A record achievement of GHS 7m above the dynamic forecast and 2m above consensus demand plan. My contribution is coordinating deliveries in achieving approximately GHS58 million with 14 days.
Delivery GH¢ 93 million by achieving GH¢40 million within 7 days for the month of May 2017. Over achieving the Dynamic forecast GH¢90million by 3.3%.
Delivery 27.5 % of June 2017 target within 4 days, Achieved June target of GH¢90.89 million as against Dynamic Forecast of GH¢87million representing 4.47% over achieving on promise to deliver.
Achieving GH¢ 85 million, as against a target of GH¢ 80 million for Month end July 2017.
I was part of team which collaborated strictly with internal security to implement controls leading to the arrest of Four-syndicate groups with mischief Agenda to smuggle stocks for their personal gain. Event date as below,
