Examined incoming materials and compared to documentation for accuracy and quality. Fill in for Business Unit Leader while his BUL is out. Fill in for Shift Performance Manager while his SPM is out. As an Michelin Validated Safety Spoke, I am constantly making sure that work spaces and and machinery as in safe order for the team.

Conducted quality inspections of finished products and made minor repairs to meet project expectations.

Supported current production needs by moving items between equipment, conveyors and staging areas.

Documented production information via daily system logs and discussed non-conformance issues with management.

Took on additional shifts during peak work periods to keep projects on schedule. As a Michelin Validated Quality Spoke I help the GMT machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
