Prepared reports in Excel detailing aging equipment in the warehouse, retails centers, and technician’s accounts. Identifying aging equipment and using the first in, first out method ensured the most updated software was being used, eliminating long installation time periods at customer homes.

Scheduled workload by creating production assignments for all associates. Scheduled shift hours for employees assuring adequate coverage during vacation time and made quick, effective changes to productivity assignments due to unscheduled absences from associates. (This also included me filling in as needed).

Trained new hires on warehouse functions and responsibilities and performed employee evaluations.

Active member in our safety committees, which included OSHA, MSDS, EPA practices.

Ensured warehouse was well stocked to meet all needs from the field and cable store demands, including all marketing materials, installation materials, all CPE equipment (converters, modems, routers, remotes)
