WORK EXPERIENCE
Pursuing M.B.A. In OPERATION MANAGEMENT from WELINGKAR INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, MUMBAI and completed B.Tech in mechanical with @ 7 years of rich & extensive experience in Commissioning and operation in Power /Energy sector. Presently I am associated with STEAG ENERGY SERVICES INDIA Limited 507 MW Power Plant. From October 2016 onwards possess in depth knowledge of Commissioning in gas turbine, steam turbine and Power Project & Generation industry. Previously I worked in PIONEER GAS POWER LIMITED 388 MW (CCPP) Combine Cycle Power Plant in Commissioning department.
Also I worked as BOILER OPERATION ENGINEER and associated with UTILITY POWER TECH LIMITED (Joint Venture of Reliance Infrastructure and NTPC) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Steam Turbine 1Nos. 111 MW make BHEL
• Commissioning of steam turbine includes lube oil flushing, hydraulic oil flushing, steam dumping, by pass system commissioning.
• Steam turbine rolling and system erection checked according to PID.
• Condenser leak test carried out.
• Closely monitoring of equipment parameters and raising deficiency if required and also suggesting corrective action in some cases.
• Closely monitoring Gland Shaft seal steam system and vacuum system.
• Closely monitoring the shaft vibration, temperature stress, shaft eccentricity and load controlling activity.
Gas Turbine 1Nos. 240 MW GE Frame 9FA, Mark VIE Operation
• Responsible for safe start-up and shutdown of Gas Turbine Make: GE Model: 9FA
• Water Wash (Online & Offline)
• Smooth Startup of HRSG.
• Maintain Parameter Heat Recovery Steam Generation Boiler..
• Preparation and carrying out the BOILER HYDRO TESTING for HP, IP and LP water and steam cycle circuit
Operation of the Balance of Plant
• Maintain the Power Plant Shift operations and meeting the Power Demand for smooth operation of the Grid.
• Responsible for maintaining/ improving Plant Parameters as per SOP – Heat Rate/Aux. Power/Availability/PLF/Reliability. Responsible for authorizing any logic changes in need as well as ensure timely normalization.
• Responsible for safe Plant Operation – Start up, shut down, Emergency Handling, Troubleshooting etc. Responsible for the safety & security of all the Assets within the Plant premises during shift. Take decisions for operation related issues on real time basis without jeopardizing plant safety
