TITLE : “Automatic Solar Powered Led Lighting System” TOOLS : SOLAR PANNEL,BATTERY,POLE.

DESCRIPTION : When The Solar Panels receives the solar radiation during the day time and then convert into electrical energy through the charge and discharge controller, which is finally stored in the battery. Then the battery discharges energy to the LED light to emits visible light at certain direction.

B.TECH PROJECT DETAILS:

TITLE : “SOLAR CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE” TOOLS : MATLAB/SIMULINK.

DESCRIPTION : A solar powered battery charging system is presented, where the system consists of a PV array, Boost converter, Buck converter and a Battery (12 V, 255 AH capacity). PV array is connected with a boost converter through a DC link capacitor. The boost converter is controlled to extract maximum power from PV array using Perturb and Observe/Incremental Conductance MPPT. The output of boost converter is connected to a buck converter to step down the voltage to a desired value (13V) for charging the battery through the voltage controller. The charging current is approximately 50A and is capable to charge the battery to its full capacity in approximately 5.1 hours. The battery is automatically disconnected from the source when it is charged completely. A complete simulation study of the system is carried out in the SIMULINK environment of MATLAB. 69.34
