Key Responsibilities:

Responsible of Commitment, Planning and Execution in PCBA Assembly Production and quality for SMT and THT components process.

Support for shift engineer in team handling for the following:

Assigning of manpower in each critical stages for each line (2 lines).

Prepare shift schedule to 60 above members for 24*7 format.

Collection of shift data and forward through mail and share the data for communication.

Preparing Monitor, Analyses, Action Review reports, for weekly and monthly basis for running projects.

If any issues observed in SMT &THT will analysis the issues by using 7QC tools sequence.

Develop manufacturing process and create procedures, work instructions, forms, etc...

Assembly and acceptance standards and approval requirements.

Inspect the Solder Paste Height with 3d SPI Machine and Conduct hourly audit in each process stages.

Do the Machine BUY-OFF with Real Sequence & Machine Feeder.

Visual Inspection of Soldering defects as per IPC Standards for both Lead / Lead free Process.

To Monitor the Efficiency and Effectiveness of inspectors. Declaration:
