My name is Moipone Annah Mokone (Ndaba), a 34-year-old African Female. I am a married lady with 2 children, of 10 years and the other of 5 years. Do not possess any driver’s license but do own a car. Position: Human Resources Officer

Duties include but not limited to:

VIP Payroll reconciliation and administration including data capturing,

leave processing and data update for all companies,

Recruitment and Selection,

benefits administration and recon (Provident fund, Medical aid, allowances),

completing UIF forms on behalf of employer,

Dispute resolution including conducting hearings, issuing warnings, dealing with appeal hearings and grievances,

guide both employees and management on policies, Labour laws and procedures, compilation of quarterly STATS SA,

Time and Attendance Management on the system,

Assist the training manager with Employment equity (I am EE Manager), WSP, ATR and Skills development analysis and bio data.

Engagement process (compile employment contracts, policies to sign, conducting induction, dealing with the process of engagement on the mines for our employees (from bookings of fingerprint screenings and medical exams for them to obtain medical red tickets and training they need before they start work),

dealing with Rand Mutual Assurance (COIDA) claims for IOD’s and diseases contracted at work (Submission of claims, and all required documents and medical reports, as well as opening up old claims),

Keep employees file and records,

SARS year-end and mid-year submissions, generate and Printing of IRP5’s. SPARTA FOODS PTY LTD (WELKOM)

Position Administrator/Assistant Personnel Officer Duties included but not limited to:

Wage calculations and payments for casual workers,

Recruitment and Selection,

dispute resolution including disciplinary hearings, appeals, grievances and issuing warnings, act as a trustee on provident fund claims,

assist with Employment Equity, Skills development report compilation,

committee member on EE committee,

Stock reconciliation, dealing with customers’ orders and invoices,
