To study the drawings as per GDT & Technical standards. Doing Layout Inspection & Audit Inspection to check the components as per the customer drawing specified and also analyze the warranty parts received from the customer. The OEM customer like MARUTI, HONDA, GM, FORD, VOLVO, TOYOTA, VOLKSWAGAN, RENAULT NISSAN, ILGIN etc., The components to be checked are steering knuckle, brake drum, brake disc, Engine mounting bracket, differential housing, manifolds, pulley, etc., using 2D Microhite and other special type gauge and doing calibration work. The line rejection and customer complaint has to be followed. Operating CMM, Contraser, Profile Projector and Roughness Tester, Etc.

• Experience to make program in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

• Handling the process from Inward inspection up to dispatch.
