I am familiar with airline corporate contracting, RFP processes, discount pricing and implementation to Fortune 500 clients. Extensive sales knowledge during my 25-year career that represented a Global portfolio of $475 MIL where 80% of revenue was North American and Contract performance was usually at 105% contract performance in North America and 98% contract performance globally or greater with stretched goals.

Managed a portfolio with 2-4 Global Account Managers thru a merger with Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Northwest Airlines. As carriers were added with our strategic relationship, where we were skilled at negotiating Joint Venture (DL/KL/AF/AZ) contracts and implementing additional partnerships around the Globe with relationships with GOL, AeroMexico, Virgin Atlantic, and Virgin Australia, Korean Airlines, LATAM, and West Jet. Built and maintained effective relationships with SkyTeam partnerships as well which is about 19 other air carriers. Our focus was revenue growth and market share penetration.

Managed all Fortune 500 companies within the global corporate sales team portfolio and executive of high value customers for Diamond’s for about 5 years with yearly renewals in the B2B marketspace.

Identified and analyzed new market launches in order to move share and provide Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Joint Venture partners revenue increases YOY.

Coordinated with various departments with tactical strategies for a positive overall corporate objective and revenue growth. Consistently grew about 2 points of share per year and brought in subsidiary revenue of about $48K more than previous year for Delta Vacations. Share Gap usually had a positive gap YOY for my assigned accounts and maintained almost a zero cost of sale ratio to achieve results.

Led training sessions to key accounts to update travel agents on new products and services of Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Joint Venture Partnerships. On average my portfolio consistently had about 500 connections. If sessions were unavailable then always penetrated the virtual space with email campaigns and marketing materials as we were advised. As the travel agent community closed brick and mortar offices and moved to a more remote environment, I adjusted sales tactics to a more personal 1:1 relationship or hosted events for team building experiences and provided education sessions and account briefings.

Prepared Strategic Business review presentations for the Global Account Managers.

Created B2B partnerships for sponsorships, Wheels Up / Delta Private Jet Experiences, Cargo Sales, Executive Partnerships, and analytical fare pricing for Domestic and International fares.

Launched personalized websites to all accounts.
