Conduct meeting and training sessions for management, supervisors, and workers on health and safety practices and regulations, as necessary.
To ensure appropriate timely investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents including identification of immediate and underlying causes, actions to prevent recurrence and a robust defence of claims.
Analyze work environments and advise management on the control measures required to, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors that involve the impact of equipment design on a worker’s comfort or fatigue.
Preparing emergency evacuation/ rescue plans & procedures with periodic mock drills.
Ensure proper recordkeeping is being conducted at all facilities [weekly, monthly HSE reports etc
Maintain zero injuries goal at site.

Making and maintaining the report properly.
Conducting safety audit, inspection and incident investigation.
Preparing documents and checking sub contractors documents and ensuring all documents are updated.
