Structural-Post Tension- Design Engineer (OCT 2017 – Present) Duties and Responsibilities:

Being part of & lead a vibrant and dynamic team that is widely-open to the Jordan local market in addition to the GCC market creates a daily challenge for all the team members to participate including myself during project life circle starting from initiating & planning processes crossing to exciting & monitoring & controlling processes to reach closing processes in:

• Responsible for producing a comprehensive detailed design for the awarded projects as per different requirement for various municipalities and different Design Codes ( ACI Code 318, BS Code 8110 & Euro Code) .

• Responsible for Repairing & Strengthening of Buildings using a special technique like carbon fiber.

• To follow up the submittals and issue revisions as per the municipalities, main contractor and Consultant Requirements & Supervise the production of shop drawings and take off.

• Participate in projects closing by submitting As-Built Drawings & other technical document’s related to this process.

• Prepare the Preliminary design submittal (in tender stage) ; to give enough information for the commercial team to estimate the size of the project and budget with the most competitive price . Omar Mohammed Salameh

• Qaryat ALHIDD DEVELOPMENT (over 1,100 apartment spans across 17 plots with a total area of 220,500 m2) built on the hart of Abu Dhabi City, Main Contractor: M/s Shapoorji Palonji Contracting Company, Consultant: DREES & SOMMER Engineering Consultancy Office .

• Marsa Al Arab is an AED 6.3 billion ($1.7 billion) project catered to tourists in Dubai. This project will be built on two islands on both sides of the Burj Al Arab Hotel, Main Contractor: M/s ASGC Contracting Company. Consultant: M/s. WS Atkins & Partners Overseas.
