Project Superintendent (Miami, FL) 2016-Present

As project superintendent my duties are to setup and coordinate material deliveries and staffing. My primary duty

is the construction of waste water and fresh water treatment plants, this includes piping systems, structural

concrete, electrical systems and fabrication of temporary bypass piping systems to allow site to continue to

function during renovations. Coordinate all subcontractors schedule, attend progress meetings, and establish

three-week look ahead work progression. Personally insure that all site elevations are correct during installations.

Oversaw the construction of two concrete fresh water storage tanks and underground piping systems for Seacoast

Utilities and completed renovation of a master pump station for Broward County Waste Water Authority.

Constructed a new gate system and canal for South Florida Water Management Department. Performed a

complete renovation of operational Waste Water Treatment Plant in North Miami, including pump replacement,

new slide gates, clarifier rehab and all new chemical piping system.

equipment and media where Installed as per manufacturers design. Also coordinate shipments to subcontractors

Miller Coors Brewing Co., Ft. Worth, TX

Construction Superintendent

Locate underground drain pipes in the Keg area for a prominent brewing company to determine if the piping was

structurally sound and would facilitate the addition of a new drain system. This required pre-construction meetings

with client and contractors to determine the scope of the work and review existing piping plans. I visually

established the areas where existing piping was of a concern and advised the client and contractors of the possible

solutions to remedy this situation. This is an ongoing project and determination of procedure is pending.

United States Mint. Philadelphia, Pa

Superintendent/Consultant

My primary duties were to follow the specifications set down in the project Engineers design. The project included

the demolition of the third floor concrete slab and the replacement of all structure re-enforcement and placement

of new concrete floor. This position required a security clearance through the United States Treasury Department.

This project also required the use of x-ray equipment and density testing technology.

Salsman and Isbell Freshwater Pipelines, Bradford Co., Pa.

Construction Superintendent

For Chesapeake Energy. My primary duty on these projects were to insure the contractors followed manufactures

and design Engineers specification in the installation and construction of two freshwater pipelines. One pipeline

was constructed with HDPE pipe and was fastened using butt fusion welding technique. Each weld had to be

inspected and documented by me. After all pipe had been placed in the trench and covered to its specified depth

the pipeline was pressure tested for a period of four hours. The second pipeline was constructed using a reinforced

fiberglass pipe. This pipeline was joined together with mechanical joints. This pipe was placed in the trench and

covered to its specified depth and pressure tested for a period of eight hours. Both pipelines passed their initial

tests.

Zeffer/Greenzweig Secondary Containment Structure, Susquehanna Co.PA

Construction Superintendent

For Southwestern Energy. Oversee the construction of two secondary containment structures for the purpose of

building an offload/load freshwater truck fill station. This station performed two functions, one for freshwater and

a secondary station for residual waste water. My duties also were to insure that the Engineers specifications and

design were followed during construction phase. Worked closely with contractors to insure job proceeded in a safe

and timely manner. Provided as built drawings, daily reports, and photos of days progress. Insured all

environmental measures were in compliance per DEP regulations.

Natural Gas Gathering Pipeline System, Tioga Co, Pa.

Construction Superintendent

Shell Oil Company and Subsidiaries. My duties on this project were to insure that all Engineering specifications and

DEP regulations were followed. This project was the installation of a pipeline gathering system for the collection of

Natural Gas from well site to Compressor stations throughout the entire county of Tioga, Pa. I was also tasked with

insuring all Contractors met DEP regulations during all clearing and trenching operations.

PAWC, Pittston, PA

Site Superintendent

Oversee the start to finish project of new water main installation, with complete street and private property

restoration at completion, submit field sketches, billable quantities, and pay items.

Ronco/Icon Inc.: (Lake Winola, PA) 2005-2008

International Salt Co., So. Philadelphia, PA

Construction Superintendent - Constructed a new multiple level, rubber belt conveyor system in a large

distribution warehouse. System carried salt product to several bulk hoppers which were also constructed, for the

purpose of tank truck loading and shipping.

Siding Manufacturing Plant, Reading, PA

Construction Superintendent - Fabricate and assemble a new distribution hopper system in a concrete siding

manufacturing plant. This project consisted of cutting, welding, and field fabricating a finished item in a constricted

area. Submit as built drawings, daily reports, and billing reports.

Corestacks Paper Products, Reading, PA

Construction Superintendent - Supervise the three (3) day shutdown of an operational paper mill for the

purpose of yearly maintenance on all plant production equipment. Work directly with plant operations manager,

and project Engineers to address most serious concerns first.

Cascade Paper Products, Canada.

Construction Superintendent - Supervise the dismantling of a paper producing machine line in Minnesota and

crate for shipment to Albany, N.Y. Fly to Albany and reassemble machine line in new paper plant. Supervised the

placement, alignment, and energizing of individual sections. Submit as built drawings, time and expense reports,

and conduct daily safety briefings.

KAMTECH: (Alphareta, GA) 1998-2005

Field Superintendent - for the construction of a new paper mill. Primary duties were the installation and precision

placement of all equipment needed for the operation of a paper producing machine. This included but was not

limited to all structural steel, motor pads, pipe bridging and hangers, electrical cable trays. Review and make

corrections to as built drawings prior to submitting to Project Engineer on a daily basis.

Procter & Gamble, Mehoopany, PA

Senior Superintendent install new conveyor line in an existing paper plant. Ensured new construction does not

impede with ongoing plant production. Layout conveyor footprint and began assembly process. Once equipment

was fully assembled and energized test runs were implemented. Upon completion equipment placed on line for

production of product.

Procter & Gamble, Mehoopany, PA

Field Superintendent - Project Genesis for the Proctor & Gamble Co. This project involved the construction of (2)

two new paper producing machines. Responsibilities during this project were the placement of specific pieces of

equipment, i.e. pumps, drive motors, and housings for said equipment, as well as the various individual parts of

the paper machine itself.

Possum Point Power Plant, Dumfries, Va.

Field Superintendent - for the construction of a new Steam Turbine Power Plant in Northern Virginia. Duties on

this project were to oversee the placement of equipment and machinery during the various phases of

construction. I was also tasked with keeping as built drawings up to date,

Old Dominion Power, Gordonsville, Va.

Field Superintendent - for the construction of a new Simple Cycle Steam Turbine Generator Plant in Louisa Co.

Virginia. My duties on this project included the precision placement of equipment, structural steel, and equipment

enclosures. Also responsible for coordinating all weekly production/3 week look ahead meetings between all craft

superintendents and any outside contractors.
