• Responsible for Ultrasonic Testing of laminations, Plate & Pipe weld, Graphical analysis

• Responsible for Ultrasonic thickness measurement in Chemical, fertilizer & natural gas industry

• Film interpretation for Pr. Vessel, Pr. Piping & Power Piping welds as per respective codes.

• Preparing and maintaining final QC and NDT reports as per specification and company’s requirement

Projects:

Experimental & Investigation for surface roughness of hard turning of hot work tool steel

• The purpose of the thesis was focused on the analysis of optimum cutting conditions to get lowest surface roughness in hard turning by response surface methodology. The project was experimental work on effects of cutting parameters like spindle speed, feed and depth of cut on surface finish on hot work tool steel AISI H11. The objective was to establish correlation between cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut to optimize the turning conditions based on surface roughness. Accomplishments:

• Research and Development for Surface roughness of hard turning of hot work tool steel

• Small scale Mechanical University projects

• Designed and built Fighter Robot for event of Junk Yard Wars in College Techfest

• Designed and built Terminator 1.0 (Robo Wars) at NIT, Surat.
