• Passed the screening for the management-initiated process improvement program called Top Gun that run for 7 months
• Handled the IT department in the process improvement program where improvements included the following:
o Identification of an Area Support Representatives o Installed Infographic Service Manual
o Developed New Service Request Channel
o Initialized Helpdesk function
• Entrusted to continue the second batch of Top Gun and delegated as a project consultant of a team that was assigned to study the processes in F&B – Kitchen where enhancements include:
o Efficient declaration of spoilages process
o Effective equipment repair and maintenance monitoring o Hand washing compliance in the kitchen
o Proposed and implemented to onboard a Hygiene Manager
• Nominated to lead the third batch of Top Gun and at the same time a consultant of a team that was assigned to review the processes in HR – Employee Welfare Services to improve its efficiency and reliability of its services.
