Reason for Leaving : Opportunity to take a sabbatical I started my employment with Proofsure, within in April 2010. I was then transferred to MUA within October 2010, which is the preferred provider for Proofsure. Proofsure and MUA offer property valuations for insurance purposes. I was a High- End Luxury Property Evaluator, which involved having to evaluate contents in the property between R2 million to R80 million. The general size of the properties ranged from 600m to 3 000m . I was responsible for reaching monthly targets, which consisted of 50 property valuations per month and 12 properties per week. Within my role, I was responsible for various aspects.
CLIENT RELATIONS / CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Duties Include:
• Discussing the values of items pertaining to residential insurance 3
• Responsible for valuing all items within the property such as art, furniture, carpets, ornaments, lighting, kitchenware and crockery, linen, outdoor patio furniture, glass and crystal
• Conduct valuations of items to ensure the contents are in line with current replacement values
• Ensured, that should any loses occur, their household contents would be replaced to their original value
• Communicate accurate information to relay expertise in terms of product knowledge
• Responsible for discussing any insurance concerns with clients and resolving effectively
• Discuss possible consequences in terms of incorrect premiums with clients
• Explain premium rates and the underwriting process

• Conducting visits to luxury homes, with a target of 50 homes per month and 12 homes per week
