Worked as a QC Inspector in M/s S.K.M. Technologies Pvt. Ltd from January 2015 to April 2017.

Worked as a QC Inspector in the Department of QC in “M/s Sree Bhavani Engineering Enterprises Pvt Ltd from APRIL 2017 to Dec 2018.

Worked as QC Inspector in Diligent Scm Solutions Pvt Ltd from Dec 2018 to AUG 2019.

Now working as a Quality Engineer and inspection in Aerospace Department in AZAD ENGINEERING PVT LTD, HYDERABAD.

CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducted and given no of Pre- Dispatch Inspection (PDI) to GODREJ, RAFEL, L&T, HAL, TATA, HAL AERDC, and HONEYWELL.

FAI proving and approvals for new projects.

Verification of Incoming products/components as per drawing.

For monitoring and measurement of process/ product in all stages as per process specification drawings and verify inspection report.

To raise Nonconformance, where process/product deviation found.

To inspect the final products and maintain the report.

To maintain and control the monitoring and measuring devices accuracy by calibrating at specified intervals.

To study the drawings.

High value of 100% of quality assurance accepts like inspection (in process, final& assembly).

Inspection of machined jobs at several stages as per route cards & layouts.

Handling of general and high precision instruments.

Making analysis of rejections/reworks and recommending for improvements based on the type of rejections and reworks.
