Founder of Peaceful Pathways, an organization that aims to foster mental health and well-being at the individual and organizational levels through various programs and workshops tailor-made to suit the specific needs of the clients. The methods used are primarily Awareness Based Meditations and Art Based Techniques. Some of the techniques are passive and facilitate deep relaxation and introspective awareness while others are dynamic and facilitate a detoxification of the body-mind being.

Peaceful Pathways played a major role in a year-long project “Teach Peace to reach Peace”, which was an initiative of The American Center to introduce peace education in schools across Eastern India.

The seminar was presided over by Mr. William St. Clair, the greatest living biographer of the Shelley family. The paper was specially appreciated by Mr. St. Clair.
