To (Meadow foods business model) provide access to high quality inputs and ensure linkage to premium market and leverages technology to provide personalized advisory to farmers through the following services;

MAJOR ROLES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The key responsibility carried out includes but not limited to the following:
Administrative assistant
Assists with the organization of meetings and events on and off-site which includes setting up of rooms/venues, ensuring the necessary equipment are in place and functioning, taking minutes where necessary.
Maintain stock records for stationery and supplies for the office, working with suppliers and verifying receipt of supplies and requisitioning in line with office procedures.
File and retrieve Project documents, records, and reports, ensuring that all required records are kept up to date.
Receive visitors to the office with a high standard of courtesy and hospitality and direct them appropriately.
Gender Based Violence (GBV) facilitator
Supervise and mentor GBV case workers, also reviewing GBV activities across CIHP facilities in Gombe State
Assisted in developing and implementing project monitoring and evaluation plan, collecting Quantitative and Qualitative information during activities in line with, plan and preparing monthly reports
Provide physical accompaniment to GBV survivors if requested to access medical and other services
Orientation/training and capacity building of GBV Case Workers
Monitoring Post-GBV registers for completeness and accuracy i.e ensure proper documentation of reported GBV incidences
Planned activity expenditure and request funds in a timely and accurate manner for activities
Deployment of all relevant GBV tools across CIHP supported facilities in Gombe State
Follow GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality and safety/security and non-discrimination while providing services to women and girls
Provide onsite mentorship on documentation and use of screening intake forms
Continuous duties in strengthening GBV screening activities
Ensure community outreach on services available to GBV survivors

Ensure that clients due for drug refill are tracked back for drug refill
Facilitate community delivery of drugs for clients who missed appointments by Peer Health Educators (PHEs), CBO volunteers
Provide support and care for patients which includes counseling and basic care management
Facilitate the use of community pharmacy for drug pick-up of clients who are in far-to-reach/Heard to reach communities
Ensure regular communication between facilities and patients through the use of bulk SMS and treatment support WhatsApp group
